We are hiring for all shifts, in our Rochester Hills location. Job Purpose: The CNC Programmer/Operator at 3-Dimensional Services Group is responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operations and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure high-quality production standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Create, implement, and refine NC/CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers and mill-turn equipment. Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning. Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the appropriate machine settings and adjustments. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and make necessary adjustments. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
