Job description

Le ou la Programmeur(euse) PLC conçoit, développe et mets œuvre des solutions d’automation en utilisant la programmation PLC et HMI pour nos tables et robots de découpe au plasma. Il ou elle voit à l’intégration de nouvelles solutions impliquant des PLC, des commandes de mouvement, des ordinateurs industriels et d’autres dispositifs de contrôle et veille bien entendu à l’optimisation des systèmes existants. Le ou la Programmeur(euse) PLC travaille en étroite collaboration avec les départements de l’ingénierie et du service technique. Il ou elle participe à des ateliers de formations et de jumelage afin de perfectionner ses compétences logicielles de même qu’en ingénierie mécanique et électrique.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
  • Programmer et maintenir des contrôleurs de machines industrielles pour des besoins spécifiques (R&D)
  • Concevoir et documenter des applications de contrôle
  • Développer et exécuter des plans et scripts de test
  • Programmer des applications d’automation
  • Participer à la conception électrique
  • Effectuer des tests de fonctionnements et des mises en route
  • Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes d’application
  • Estimer l’effort nécessaire pour développer des applications d’automatisation
  • Rédiger des rapports sur les projets et les résultats
  • Respecter les méthodes de conception et de réalisation des projets
  • Participe au développement et à l’amélioration continue des projets de robotique de l’entreprise
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe et effectuer des suivis
  • S’entretenir les clients à distance ou en présentiel
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes liées aux opérations d’automation et de robotique

EXIGENCES
  • Études collégiales en génie électrique, génie logiciel, électronique programmable et robotique ou autre formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience en programmation d’automates programmables
  • Expérience dans un domaine similaire (un atout)
  • Expérience dans l’intégration et l’évolution de nouveaux systèmes
  • Expérience avec les systèmes d’exploitation temps réel et la programmation en environnements temps réel
  • Connaissance des langages de programmation Structured Text, Function Block Diagram, Instruction List, C#.NET (un atout)
  • Intérêt marqué pour les systèmes de commande de mouvement (mouvement synchronisé, robotique, CNC), pour les applications PC et PLC et les systèmes mécaniques et électriques
  • Excellentes connaissances en informatique général, dont la suite Office
  • Forte capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Facilité à communiquer, synthétiser et à vulgariser l’information
  • Souci de produire un travail de qualité, identifier les priorités et respecter les délais
  • La connaissance de la langue anglaise est requise considérant les interventions avec les différentes parties prenantes hors Québec
