CNC Programmer / Machinist Requirements:

  • 3 + Years of CNC Machining Experience required
  • Set Up, Programming, and Operation experience required
  • Experience Setting Up / Running Multiple Machines (i.e. CNC Lathes, Mills, Multi Axis, Mill Turn and/or Twin Turret) required
  • Leadership / Supervisor experience preferred
  • Technical Degree/Machining Certs preferred
  • Manual Machining experience preferred

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities:

Candidate should have a working knowledge of CNC Machine operation including Programming, Setup, Maintenance, Operation, and the ability to diagnose minor mechanical issues with the equipment/fixturing. Candidate should possess shop math skills including calculating proper feed and speed for materials, metric conversions. Interpreting Blueprints and Geometric tolerances. Candidate must be capable of holding tolerances and meeting surface finish requirements. Basic computer skills with file transfer are beneficial.
