  • Program and edit, set-up, and operate pallet changers, robot arms, bar feeders, and other automated load/unload equipment when medium or large batches are required
  • Select, align, and secure workholding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and accessories, typically to produce small batches of precision machined parts
  • Retrieve and edit Mazatrol CNC programs.  Or for new programs, calculate and set controls such as speed, feed, and depth of cut.

What will separate you from the rest? Experience with

  • Programming Mazak CNC machines in Mazatrol
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T experience
  • Precision part measurement and inspection tools (micrometers, electronic gauges, calipers and similar tools/equipment)
  • Effective electronic communication and general software experience

Minimum Qualifications
