  • Our Client is an industry leader in precision machining, field service, and heavy industrial repair. We take on complex projects across aerospace, defense, energy, mining, and manufacturing industries, providing innovative solutions and superior craftsmanship.

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our machining team. This role will be responsible for programming, setting up, and optimizing CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and an ability to interpret complex blueprints and models.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis mills, lathes, and machining centers.
  • Translate engineering drawings, models, and specifications into efficient machining processes.
  • Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting paths to maximize efficiency and part quality.
  • Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Perform first article inspections and validate accuracy of parts to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs, and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of programs, tooling setups, and job documentation.

Qualifications:
