Job Description:

We're looking for a CNC Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines used to manufacture and repair critical aerospace components. At Chromalloy Carson City, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams manufacture and repair critical aerospace components used throughout the global aviation industry.

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends)
Hours: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
Shift Differential: $2-$4, based on assigned days 
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You'll Do:
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines
  • Load and edit machine programs as needed
  • Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials
  • Produce parts to engineering and production specifications
  • Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring tools
  • Perform minor part modifications and finishing work
  • Follow assembly, production, and quality requirements
  • Utilize computerized production tracking systems
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
