Ready to turn prints into precision parts?

Join CCT Enterprises on 2nd shift and enjoy a Monday–Thursday schedule with four 10-hour shifts and a three-day weekend—every week.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate CNC mills (VMCs) using setup sheets, work instructions, and JIM Books.
  • Load/unload parts safely; perform routine tool touch-offs and changes as directed.
  • Hit production targets while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Escalate tooling, machine, or production concerns that could affect quality or throughput.
  • Perform in-process checks with calipers and micrometers; read basic blueprints to confirm specs.
  • Complete JobBOSS entries, job travelers, and quality records accurately.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives; assist teammates and other operations as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, E-stops, and housekeeping standards.
Who You Are
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of CNC machining experience.
  • Comfortable reading basic blueprints; solid shop math.
  • Experienced with calipers and micrometers.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and able to read/understand English.
