Join our team as a CNC Programmer where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our milling & turning manufacturing processes. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering innovative equipment solutions while maintaining our commitment to quality and precision.

What you'll do
  • Program CNC Mill & Lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize Fanuc controls for programming and operation of CNC machinery.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new machining processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Train junior staff on CNC programming techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in CNC programming languages. Strong knowledge of Fanuc systems and controls.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
