MACHINISTE CNC - Machine Gantry - Horaire de soir 

Role et raison d'etre du poste :

Le role du machiniste CNC est de produire des pieces simples et complexes (5 axes) a l'aide de machine a controle numerique. Le machiniste CNC s'assure de la qualite des produits realises en veillant a la prise de mesure reguliere sur les pieces et en respectant les tolerances prescrites.

Fonctions et responsabilites :

  • Effectuer les ajustements, le montage et les reparations necessaires a la fabrication de pieces simples a complexes (fixtures, pieces, outils, etc.)
  • Utiliser tous les systemes requis au fonctionnement de l'equipement : probing, laser, XMII, transfert de programmes CNC, etc.
  • Suivre les directives d'usinage et completer tous les documents requis : gamme, MOS, MIS, Tool life, etc.   
  • S'assurer du bon fonctionnement des outils de coupe
  • Lire et interpreter les dessins
  • Calculer les dimensions et les tolerances
  • Participer activement a la resolution des problemes, aux rencontres quotidiennes    d'equipe, aux activites de developpement de nouveaux produits, et de nouveaux outils
  • Effectuer les taches reliees au plan d'entretien TPM et 6S
  • Effectuer l'ebavurage et l'inspection des pieces ou toutes autres taches connexes aux operations
  • Maintenir la continuite entre les quarts de travail via la documentation et en communiquant les actions, les irregularites et les besoins continus

Exigences :

  • DEC en genie mecanique/DEP en technique d'usinage ou equivalent
  • 1 a 3 ans d'experience comme machiniste general CNC
  • Bonne connaissance du francais tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit
  • Bonne connaissance et utilisation des outils dans le domaine
  • Notions en usinage CNC
  • Capacite de jugement : identifier les problemes et les resoudre
  • Capacite d'ecoute : comprendre et suivre les directives, demander des eclaircissements aux besoins
  • Faire preuve d'initiative : s'attaque aux problemes de maniere autonome, recherche de nouvelles responsabilites et ameliorer ses propres aptitudes; 
  • Mettre de l'avant les regles en sante, securite et environnement au travail
  • Habilete de travailler en equipe
