Sturtevant, WI

Shift: First Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
$20.00 - $26.00/hour

As a Press Brake Team Member, you’ll operate and set up CNC press brake equipment to produce precision metal components that meet MPE’s high-quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Form steel components using CNC brake presses.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Set up and operate press brake equipment.
  • Use measuring tools to verify part quality.
  • Support fabrication operations as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience and Training:
  • 3-6 months of press brake or manufacturing experience
  • Must be able to read mechanical drawings and understand standard and metric dimensions
  • Knowledge on the use of measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges
