Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00
HOURS - 2nd shift is - M-TH - 3:00 PM -1:30 AM
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow direction provided by SOPs, Leads, Supervisors, and Engineers.
• Conduct daily activities in a safe manner.
• Operates CNC punch machine to manufacture non-ferrous parts, equipment, and other components from copper bars.
• Prepares, sets up, and adjusts CNC machine as required by product plans and production schedules.
• Measures and aligns materials to be used.
• Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Performs routine maintenance on the machines.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Maintains material certification logging.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate CNC controls.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans.
• Basic computer and math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Physically able to operate CNC machines.
• Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
EXPERIENCE:
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
