What You'll Do

As a CNC Operator at SyBridge Technologies, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Set up and operate CNC machining equipment in accordance with work instructions
  • Load and unload materials and workpieces safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
  • Monitor machine performance and make offsets as required
  • Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
  • Verify parts meet quality and dimensional requirements
  • Deburr, clean, and prepare finished components
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment concerns
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Experience operating CNC mills
  • Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain-controlled CNC machines is considered an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Strong understanding of machining practices and quality requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditions
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as required
