Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Day Shift: 7:00 AM -  3:30 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution
  • Responsible for quality control of finished products
  • Working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw guns
  • Using measuring gauges and tape measures
  • Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
  • Housekeeping and sanitation 
Qualifications
  • Physical Stamina and Strength
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirment
  • Experience in overhead crane operations are helpful but not required
  • Experience with Forklifts helpful but not required 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
