Chromalloy is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines that produce precision aerospace components. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and understands the importance of accuracy, consistency, and meeting tight tolerances. (Days and hours may fluctuate based on business needs, which may include weekends.)
Shift Differential: $2-$4 per hour, depending on assigned workdays

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
  • Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials for production runs
