We are hiring a motivated Junior Machinist / CNC Operator to join our growing industrial manufacturing team in Parlin, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1โ€“2 years of CNC, shop, vocational, or mechanical experience who wants real-world training, stable hours, and long-term career growth in machining and manufacturing. We manufacture and distribute custom industrial conveyor belts, rollers, shafts, bearings, motors, and mechanical replacement components for customers across North America. No advanced programming experience required โ€” weโ€™re looking for someone eager to learn, dependable, and mechanically inclined. What Youโ€™ll Learn & Do: CNC Machining & Shop Work
  • Set up and operate a HAAS CNC Lathe (basic Y-axis work)
  • Machine custom 1-inch roller shafts to customer specifications

  • Perform basic machine maintenance and preventative maintenance checks
  • Assist with prototype and custom part production
