We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing and distribution company in Hamilton, for an experienced Tool & Cutter Grinder. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled trades professional looking to join a stable organization with a strong reputation for quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate tool and cutter grinding machines to sharpen, repair, and manufacture cutting tools
  • Inspect tools and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
  • Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments
  • Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend corrective actions
