Focused on learning and performing basic machining and shop tasks under supervision. Responsible for running simple or automated machinery, maintaining steady production support, and adhering to strict quality and safety guidelines.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Run simple or automated equipment (CNC loaders, presses, assembly equipment) and perform basic machine tasks. Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
  • Quality & Inspection: Perform visual inspections for obvious defects (cracks, incorrect size, surface issues). Perform basic measurements using simple tools like calipers, gauges, and go/no-go tools.
  • SOP Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions exactly as specified.
  • Production Support: Keep machines supplied with materials, track production counts (manually or electronically), and assist with packaging or labeling finished goods.
