Position Summary: We have 2nd and 3rd shift openings: 2nd shift hours 2:00 pm -10:30 pm and 3rd shift hours 9:30 pm-6:00 am. The CNC Operator is responsible for the setup and operation of one or more assigned multi-axis CNC machine tools to produce component parts in accordance to engineering drawings, internal sketches, or other specifications provided by engineering.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Meeting production schedules and standard timeframes established for setup and cycle times.
  • Setup and operate a variety of CNC equipment to produce high precision coupling components using engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Performing and documenting in-process QA inspections.
  • Perform follow-up operations, such as deburring, marking, and cleaning parts as required.
  • Consistently maintain a clean and organized work area.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2 years CNC operator and set up experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • 95% of the time on feet and running multiple machines
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Ability to lift over 50lbs with proper lifting devices.
  • Repetitive movement such as twisting/bending, hand gripping is required.

The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $32.00/hr and is commensurate on experience and education and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible for paid time off, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision.
This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data ("CTD") and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
