About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate has hands-on machining experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

·  Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines

·  Load tools, fixtures, and materials according to job requirements

·  Run and adjust CNC programs as needed to maintain quality

·  Perform tool offsets, wear adjustments, and basic program edits

·  Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)

·  Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job travelers

·  Troubleshoot machining issues and make corrections

·  Maintain production schedules and meet quality standards

·  Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean

·  Follow all safety and quality procedures

Skills & Qualifications

·  High school diploma or GED required

·  2–5 years of CNC machining experience preferred

·  Technical/trade school training a plus

·  Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes

·  Ability to read complex blueprints and specifications

·  Strong math skills and understanding of machining tolerances

·  Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for extended periods

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 and up depending on experience
