Essential Functions:

  • Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to manufacture precision components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
  • Determine machining sequences, tooling requirements, machine setups, feeds, speeds, and cutting operations.
  • Operate CNC and conventional machine tools while maintaining dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
  • Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished components and verify compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and minor maintenance to ensure efficient equipment operation.
  • Monitor production processes and complete quality inspections in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience operating CNC or conventional machining equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Technical certifications in machine operation, CNC machining, or manufacturing are preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
