Essel is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level CNC Machinists to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing and machining. The successful candidate will be trained to operate CNC machinery, ensuring precision and quality in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications using measuring instruments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with senior machinists and engineers to optimize production processes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
