Randstad Staffing is hiring for a CNC Machinist II for a precision machine shop in Lauderdale, MN. This role requires advanced technical expertise, problem-solving skills and proactive approach to improving machining processes and overall department efficiency. 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Technical degree or certification in CNC machining.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings.
  • strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software.
  • Understanding and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Knowledge of PLCs and manufacturing robotics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement in machining operations.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
