About Us: We are a dynamic CNC machine job shop specializing in precision manufacturing for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical devices. Our commitment is to deliver top-quality components through advanced technology and teamwork.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating CNC milling machines or lathes to manufacture precision parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines or lathes.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Load raw materials and select appropriate tooling.
  • Perform machine offsets and adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a job shop environment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.
  • Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
