Job description

MACHINE TECHNICIAN

1. Manual machine repair experience with mechanical, electrical & hydraulics.

2. CNC machine machine repair experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics & PC board diagnosis of failures.

? Maintains, installs, and repairs a variety of machine tools and equipment

? Tear down damaged or defective units

? May replace or repair worn or damaged parts or components and reassemble

? May preform some machining on replacement parts or may do electrical troubleshooting and repairs on CNC, manual or other plant machines

? Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, machines, mobile equipment

? Assists Machine Repair and Mobile Equipment Mechanic as necessary

? May perform minor minor building maintenance including but not limited to Light Electrical, Plumbing, Cement Work, etc.
