Job description

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts efficiently. This individual works as an individual contributor within the production team and reports directly to the Production Manager. The role involves ensuring precision through thorough quality inspections and may require regular overtime to meet production demands. The operator will primarily work with standard and multi-axis CNC machines.

Responsibilities

  • Set up CNC machines for production runs according to job specifications
  • Program CNC machines to perform designated operations
  • Operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts accurately and efficiently
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in CNC machining
  • Proficient in CNC programming
  • Experience with machine setup
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures
