Job description

Hydromotion is a precision manufacturer committed to quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our Production Team. This is an hourly, full-time position offering excellent benefits and a predictable four-day workweek.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely and efficiently operate CNC machining equipment

  • Read, interpret, and follow engineering prints and work instructions

  • Set up machines and perform changeovers for different part numbers

  • Change tooling, touch off tools, and adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy

  • Operate machines productively to meet or exceed established cycle time and quality standards

  • Load raw material and unload finished parts

  • Perform manual deburring as required

  • Conduct in-process inspections and verify parts meet specifications using measuring devices

  • Complete daily machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
