CNC Machine OperatorJob Overview
We are hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team focused on precision machining and quality production. In this role, you will operate a variety of CNC equipment including vertical mills, horizontal mills, and CNC lathes to produce high-quality machined parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills, and CNC lathes
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts throughout production using precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Perform spot checks to verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances
- Deburr and finish parts as needed to meet quality standards
- Make machine offsets and minor adjustments to maintain product accuracy
- Troubleshoot machine or production issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Bore gauges
- Height gauges
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, drill press, grinding, or deburring equipment
- Knowledge of machining processes and quality inspection procedures
- Familiarity with production troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.75 - $28.00/hr.
