We’re looking for a Machine Operator in Gainesville, GA who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality parts, and is eager to grow with a global team.

**Shift: 

**

  • 2nd (2:55pm-11:05pm) plus $1 shift differential

  • 3rd (10:55pm-7:05am) plus $1 shift differential

**What You’ll Do

**

  • Run CNC machines by loading/unloading parts and making basic adjustments

  • Inspect parts and take measurements to ensure top-quality production

  • Keep machines running smoothly with basic maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Track production, maintain workflow, and communicate issues quickly

  • Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, 6IMS) and escalate issues as needed
