You start your morning headed to a customer site in the Mississippi / Memphis market, laptop in your bag and diagnostic tools ready. A 5-axis VMC is throwing an alarm; by mid-morning you've traced it to a sensor and adjusted a parameter. After lunch, you install a new turning center, train operators on best practices, and close out your visit with clear documentation. The paperwork? Streamlined—so you can stay focused on the machines and the people who rely on them.

Where you'll work

Ellison Technologies is expanding service coverage across the Mississippi / Memphis region. You'll support a diverse set of manufacturers using some of the latest CNC technology.

How you'll make an impact
  • Own day-to-day field service across installs, repairs, and preventive maintenance for CNC equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to get customers up and running fast.
  • Resolve customer concerns, provide training when needed, and support the sales team with your technical perspective.
  • Communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and leadership while representing Ellison professionally and ethically.
  • Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation; take full ownership of your cases and projects.
  • Tackle additional service-related tasks as assigned.
