CNC Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift | $20–$23/hr | Immediate Openings

We are seeking CNC Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating CNC equipment or individuals with a manufacturing background looking to expand their skills. CNC Machine Operators will operate and inspect precision plastic components while following quality and safety standards.


Location: Wallingford, CT
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour DOE

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (includes built-in overtime)
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM (includes built-in overtime)


What You'll Do:

  • Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components
  • Perform basic machine setup and tool adjustments
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints and GD&T requirements
  • Complete first-piece and in-process inspections
  • Use measurement equipment such as calipers and micrometers
  • Complete production documentation, inspection reports, and daily records
  • Operate inspection equipment, including CMM equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
