Machine Operator
Pay: $18.00/hr
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri
Location: Frankfort, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $18/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce machine parts
  • Install and adjust chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers
  • Load stock into feed mechanisms and verify settings with measurements
  • Perform drilling, grooving, turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions, adjust controls, reprogram as needed, and maintain quality standards

Qualifications
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Ability to perform visual quality inspections
  • Maintain production pace and work collaboratively
  • Comfortable using power tools and equipment
