We are building a talent pool ofย CNC and Machine Operatorsย to support upcoming manufacturing and production projects. Opportunities may be short-term or long-term and range from entry-level machine operation to highly skilled CNC programming and setup roles.ย ย 

What Youโ€™ll Typically Do: ย 

  • CNC machine operation (lathe, mill, router, etc.)ย ย 

  • Machine setup, calibration, and changeoversย ย 

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsย ย 

  • Monitoring production runs and performing quality checksย ย 

  • Adjusting offsets and tooling as neededย ย 

  • Preventive maintenance and basic troubleshootingย ย 

What Weโ€™re Looking For: ย 

  • Experience as a CNC or machine operator preferredย 

  • Previous experience of manufacturing or production environmentย ย
