Job description

Job Title: Experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer

Summary: Looking for a dependable CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our CNC department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday – Friday (40-50 hrs), some Saturday’s (Usually 5.5 hrs when necessary)

Responsibilities:

· Interprets complicated drawings, program sheets, and instructions to determine work to be done.

· Performs a variety of turning, milling, drilling, boring, or related operations to close and interrelated tolerances.

· Performs setup and change over.

· Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications.

· Measures workpiece for conformance to specifications.

· Cleans machine, tooling, and parts.

· Must be willing to run multiple machines simultaneously where possible.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Other duties may be assigned.

· Excellent attendance is a must.

Experience:

· Machine Operator Conventional and/or CNC (5 Years Minimum)

· CNC CAM Programming (3 years Minimum)

· MasterCAM Programing (Preferred)

· Okuma & DMG Lathe and Machining Centers (a Plus)

· Multiple Axis Experience (a Plus)

· Vericut Programing (a Plus)

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
