Job description

CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd Shift

$3.00 added shift differential for 2nd shift

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly and our quality top-notch. Your day-to-day might include:

  • Setting up CNC lathes or other machines based on blueprint specifications and materials
  • Write and edit programs and troubleshooting when things don’t go quite right
  • Using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, or profile projectors to ensure precision
  • Adjusting machine settings to meet exact product requirements

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also a great team player. Ideally, you have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a machining environment
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with CNC lathes in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Mazak and Mazatrol machines and controllers a plus
  • A knack for multitasking and staying detail-oriented under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • A positive attitude—we like working with people who lift others up!

The Physical Side

This role is hands-on and active. You’ll need to:

  • Lift up to 35 lbs. regularly
