Job Duties:
  • Conduct field service at customer facilities, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool & cutter grinding machines.
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers onsite, by phone, and via email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
  • Expect up to 80% travel within the USA, Canada, and Mexico to support customer needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions): 1. Do you have CNC grinding experience, troubleshooting CNC machines, remote support. 2. Do you have technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. 3. Do you have proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both on-site and remotely, including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification. 4. Do you have experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities. 5. Do you have "Hands-on" individual with a strong mechanical aptitude. 6. Do you have the ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings. 7. Do you have basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred. 8.
