Job description

This full-time position offers a 4-day, Monday-Thursday schedule, with occasional overtime available when workloads permit. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup & Operation: Perform efficient setup and operation of CNC machines, ensuring all parts meet stringent quality standards.
  • Programming: Utilize a range of programming methods, including MDI, G-Code editing, and CAM software to create and optimize machining processes.
  • Quality Control: Interpret complex engineering blueprints and apply GD&T knowledge to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Process Improvement: identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in machining processes, work holding, and tooling selection to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams as a goal-oriented team player to meet production targets.
