QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong G-code knowledge
  • Leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills for machining, tooling, and programming issues
  • Proficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs
  • Familiarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, or similar
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and ERP systems
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Multi-axis machining, CAD/CAM programming, Lean/5S knowledge, and experience training teams are preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CNC LEAD

This is a full-time manufacturing position, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

As our CNC Lead, you'll start your day by setting priorities and guiding your team. You'll program and operate CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every part meets exact specifications. You'll mentor operators, collaborate with engineering, and keep production running smoothly, all while promoting safety and efficiency.
