  • At least one year experience as a Licensed CNA and successful completion of competency evaluation
  • Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing

Required Certifications and Licensures:
  • Valid MS CNA License/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state were employed
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
