Position Summary
Performs skilled work in the construction, repair and maintenance of masonry structures; performs related work as required.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Five years of work experience in masonry or a related field.
Possession of a valid Michigan Operator's License.
Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding.
Demonstrated ability to follow and/or interpret oral or written directions.
Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and project a positive image.
Ability to perform the essential functions and requirements of the job.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lays blocks, bricks, ceramic and quarry tile.
Pours and finishes concrete.
Mixes and prepares necessary materials.
Caulks around windows and makes necessary adjustments.
Waterproofs the exterior of buildings.
Estimates materials and supplies needed for each job.
Keeps necessary records as required.
