Job description

Position: Instructional Assistant, Cascade Middle SchoolBeginning: July 31, 2026Hourly Rate/Hours: $15.91, 7 hours per day (does not include 1/2 hour unpaid lunch), instructional assistants work only on the days students are present.Date of Posting: May 13, 2026Deadline to Apply: until position is filled. Qualifications: High school diploma, some post-secondary education is preferred; but not required, proficient computer/technology-related, and organizational skills; previous experience working with students; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Successful candidate will exhibit discretion, loyalty and confidentiality

Must be cooperative and supportive of school corporation policies and procedures. Current employees of the School Corporation may submit a letter of interest to Mr. Sheppard, Principal, Cascade Middle School at dsheppard@mccsc.k12.in.us An expanded criminal history background check is required and will be processed through the Administrative Services Center
