This IT leadership role oversees the entire technology landscape, combining strategic planning with hands-on infrastructure management to ensure operational efficiency, security, and staff development. Key responsibilities include creating technology roadmaps, managing IT budgets and vendors, and ensuring compliance through robust cybersecurity measures


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop IT roadmaps, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals. 
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server-based computing, network operations, and data systems. 
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and coach IT staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. 
  • Project Management: Direct large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and align with security requirements. 
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Manage financial resources, vendor contracts, and license renewals, including spending optimization. 

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience: Proven experience in IT management of 5–10 years minimum, with demonstrated leadership in technical projects. 
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems, Sequencing and MES systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft products. 
  • Certifications: Common certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (IT Service Management), or relevant vendor certifications. 
  • Leadership: Excellent coaching, communication, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or commensurate work experience.
