We are seeking a highly talented Front-End Web Developer with React experience who will be responsible for creating and enhancing our SaaS CMS platform. We are looking for an innovative thinker who is fully committed to web standards and crafting the next big thing on the web. The right candidate will enjoy working with smart people who are changing the CMS landscape. Responsibilities
  • Work on an agile team to develop new CMS features, custom apps and web components
  • Develop new code and maintain existing web applications
  • Understand and effectively communicate CMS features and limitations with regard to design and development decisions
  • Collaborate in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment
  • Work closely with project management to successfully deliver on schedule
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
  • Write clean and fully documented code
  • Bring innovative ideas and introduce the latest technologies
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 yearsโ€™ experience with React, Redux, and related concepts/technologies
  • Professional experience building scalable web applications
  • A working understanding of Git and common SCM platforms (e.g. BitBucket, Github, GitLab)
  • Proficient in UI/UX application development skills as well as multiple design techniques
  • Great problem-solving skills and independent work ethics
  • Portfolio of existing work demonstrating clean and compliant code
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with our development, creative and project management teams
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, user interfaces, web standards and usability
  • Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously while focusing on the task at hand
  • Must be well-spoken, friendly, respectful, organized and efficient
  • Desire to grow technical skill set into new areas as our technology evolves
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in other modern web frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Angular, Vue, Node)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO principles and implementation
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems
  • Experience in software industries with Agile methodology
