Day-to-Day
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all contracts and statements of work.
  • Provides direct supervision for programs assigned.
  • Develops, for approval, program goals and objectives on an annual basis.
  • Supervises and monitors the implementation and ongoing use of approved curricula for the program.
  • Develops and maintains effective client services and reporting in compliance with VOA-TX program and funding source requirements.
  • Audits as needed, client files, client logs, Standard Operating Procedures, etc., and reports any deficiencies back to staff.
  • Assists in maintaining and responding to reporting requirements of the sponsoring agencies.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with all funding sources, regulatory and other community agency representatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field with four years of transferable experience.
  • Valid Texas Drivers' License, clear MVR and ability to be insured
