Job description

PRECONSTRUCTION & ESTIMATING PROJECT LEADER - DESIGN-BUILD / CM AT RISK

If you lead preconstruction strategy in Florida and understand how early decisions control margin, risk, and execution, this opportunity is for operators like you as not for not spreadsheet technicians.

WHY YOU WANT THIS OPPORTUNITY

You will lead commercial preconstruction efforts from concept through GMP in Design-Build and CM at Risk environments.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Conceptual and schematic budgeting
• Design-phase cost modeling
• Value engineering strategy
• Trade partner engagement and scope alignment
• Risk identification and mitigation planning
• GMP development and cost presentation
• Transition coordination into operations

You will influence project trajectory before ground is broken and protect financial performance before exposure.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven Design-Build and/or CM at Risk experience
• Commercial construction background in Florida
• Strong conceptual estimating and cost modeling capability
• Experience leading architect and consultant coordination
• Established South Florida trade relationships
• Confident decision-maker who protects margin and schedule
• Demonstrated employment stability

This position is built for a disciplined construction leader who understands that preconstruction determines project success.
