Qualifications/Certifications:
HEAD JV CHEER COACH SECONDARY - WINTER
Education: BA/BS from a regionally accredited program/university-PREF
Certification: Florida Athletic Coaching Certification [Professional 5 Year or Temporary* 3 Year Athletic Coaching Certificate issued by the State of Florida Department of Education or be eligible and apply upon extension of offer]-REQ
Experience: TWO(2) years documented high school cheer or dance coaching experience. Extensive knowledge of the sport at the competition level. Demonstrated leadership skills and the management of large groups of students/athletes-PREFERRED.
Substitutions: Club and College level coaching may substitute for High School coaching experience
Notes: * Temporary Athletic Coaching Certificates are not renewable by the State of Florida. To obtain a five year (Professional) Athletic Coaching Certificate issued by the State of Florida Dept. of Education, you will be required to Complete Sports Specific, Sports Medicine, and Sports Theory and receive a valid CPR card from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
