Player Club Rep
Opens Players Club accounts, provides customers with information regarding the property and its amenities, greets buses, and actively markets and promotes current and upcoming property promotions and events. Develops guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Serve as initial contact and key data entry clerk for Players Club database information
· Identify and gather information on valuable guests through observation, analysis, personal contact and service
· Develop guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs
· Provide services to response to guest requirements
· Conduct informal surveys and queries
  • Greets customers as a representative of Victory Casino Cruises and provides information concerning casino programs and amenities, hotels and restaurants, and the Players Club program
  • Issues promotional amenities, redeems coupons, maintains accurate records in Players Club accounts and maintains inventory control records
  • Ensures accuracy of gaming patron data when accessing account information
  • Must project professionalism, and a consistently friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ensures Players Club area is clean and free of safety hazards
  • Resolves service problems according to established guidelines
  • Communicates and reports on guest feedback including specific guest issues and actions taken or suggested actions to resolve the guest issue
  • Provides superior and personalized guest service to all gaming patrons
  • Assists with Marketing events and promotions as needed
  • Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
  • Other duties as assigned by Lead Players Club Representative, Players Club Supervisor and/or Players Club Manager

For this position you must be cleared of all arm, hand, face amp; neck tattoos.
You will be required to obtain a TWIC and MMC. Acceptable documents to obtain badging are Passport OR Government issued photo ID and certified copy of Birth Certificate. Supporting documents would be needed for a name change.
