Job Title: Security Department: Clubhouse Services

Reports to: Property Care Manager Effective Date: June 2026

Job Summary:

North Ridge Country Club is a private club, providing its members with exceptional club experience. The Security role is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our members by patrolling and being involved with all persons coming on and off the property. This role ensures that members, guests, and staff enjoy a high standard of safety and comfort across all areas, including inside and outside the clubhouse.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report suspicious activity, security concerns, and incidents occurring on club property, documenting and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the golf course and surrounding grounds to ensure only authorized members and guests are utilizing club facilities, including preventing unauthorized fishing and trespassing.
  • Observe member and guest activities to ensure compliance with club policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for emergency responders, providing property access and escorting emergency personnel to incident locations as needed.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures for club facilities, including unlocking and securing buildings, operating lighting systems, and verifying that all doors, kitchen equipment, ovens, and other operational systems are properly secured or shut down.
  • Maintain a visible security presence to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and employees.
