THE ROLE
The Membership Coordinator role is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Membership Manager. This role is responsible for acting on member feedback while coordinating access to the club and preserving club rules and conduct. This role also assists in facilitating events within the Cowboys Club including all meeting spaces and member events.
Essential Job Functions
  • Assists in developing customer relations, handling requests, comments and complaints.
  • Responsible for coordinating acquisitions, renewals and driving the member and guest experience.
  • Coordinates and communicates with all members (internal and external) regarding event details.
  • Ensures that guests have a pleasant dining experience
  • Other duties as assigned
