Position Overview

The Fitness Attendant supports The Medallion Club experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the Fitness Center. This role works collaboratively with a larger team to provide world‑class service, monitor activity within the facility, and ensure members and guests receive attentive support, clear guidance, and a consistently high‑quality presentation. The position reflects our commitment to service, safety, and a member‑focused environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests upon arrival and ensure proper registration of all resort guests and guests of members.
  • Offer amenities such as water refills and provide orientation to the fitness facility.
  • Assist members and guests with equipment use as needed, ensuring safe and appropriate operation.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by accommodating special requests when possible, resolving concerns professionally, and assisting with inquiries related to club offerings.
  • Book reservations for fitness‑related services and activities, including group exercise classes, personal training, and Kid’s Corner.
  • Provide first aid or CPR when necessary.
  • Complete daily and opening/closing checklists, ensuring all fitness areas are clean, organized, stocked, and maintained to uphold high standards of presentation.
  • Support overall cleanliness and care of equipment, studios, workstations, and member areas.
  • Provide attentive care and supervision for children in the Kid’s Corner during open hours, ensuring a safe, engaging, and age‑appropriate environment that reflects The Medallion Club’s commitment to service and hospitality.
