Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assisting all patrons with general information.
  • Responsible for promoting exceptional customer service.
  • Responsible for promoting membership into the Players Club.
  • Responsible for educating patrons on the Players Club benefits.
  • Responsible for maintaining daily procedures regarding the Players Club members, which includes discerning appropriate identification, filing and record keeping.
  • Responsible for the issuance of information desired to be distributed.
  • Responsible for coupons and promotions on property.
  • Responsible for making public announcements or special announcements.
  • Responsible for direct mail inquiries to include updating patrons account information and related duties.
  • Responsible for taking Jackpot Photo's and filling out the proper documentation for publicity.
  • Responsible for cleaning the Players Club, marketing kiosks, and signage on Casino.
  • Assists with the resolution of player complaints and problems.
  • Assists with promotional item implementation, distribution, and redemption.
  • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
  • Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
  • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment:
The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
