We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Club Partnerships & Promotions, to play a vital role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives with club channel partners (Costco, BJ’s, Sam’s Club) and other marketing promotional activities. The ideal candidate has strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Base Salary: $65,175-$77,500. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Club Channel Partnership Support

  • Coordinate day-to-date marketing activities for our water direct delivery services with club channel partners including Costco, BJ’s and Sam’s Club
  • Support the development and execution of club-specific marketing programs and promotions
  • Maintain promotional calendars and track key deadlines for club partner initiatives
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials according to club partner specifications
  • Monitor and report on program performance metrics

Marketing Program Execution

  • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
  • Track and maintain promotion budgets and timeline adherence
  • Create and maintain program status reports and promotional recaps

Project Management & Administration

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external partners
  • Maintain organized documentation of all promotional programs and partnerships
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Prepare presentation materials for business reviews and program proposals
  • Process and track promotional agreements and contracts
  • Support purchase order and invoice processes, including creation, payment resolution, vendor setup, and contract coordination for Customer Lifecycle Marketing team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of marketing or related experience
  • Experience working with retail or club channel partners (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Agility to adapt with shifting priorities and comfortable with ambiguity, highly self-motivated
